Where can we find the address of the accommodation booked?
This informations is available on your voucher. This document is giving you all the informations concerning your booking and the accommodation you have booked, as well as the included services. You will also find an access map, and other informations about the area. CAUTION: we do not communicate the exact address of the accommodation before your stay is paid, for security reasons.
What do I need to pay on site?
For any stay in France, you have to pay the city tax which amount depends of the decision of the council where your property is. In the most part of the councils, the city tax is free for children. We will ask you to pay this amount before your arrival on site.
The deposit is also asked before your arrival (only a print, not a debit), or either on site with our team member. The amount appears on the voucher.
I think I will arrive later then announced.
On your voucher you have the informations of check in/out time. Please be kind to respect them, and in any case you arrive later please contact urgently the concierge in order to inform them and get all the infromations for a late arrival. In some accomodtions, we can charge you if you arrive outside of the noted hours.
What are the means of paiement accepted?
Several payment methods are available:
– Credit card (visa or mastercard)
– Bank transfer
– Holiday cheques (ANCV)
I would like to pay my reservation by bank transfer
You always have to pay the account by credit card. You can pay the rest by bank transfer. To get the IBAN please contact our account service firstname.lastname@example.org . You will then receive the RIB or IBAN code of our company as soon as possible.
Are short stays accepted ?
All the possibilities are updated in our website www.locabed.fr. Please check if it is possible. If not please send a mail to email@example.com. Usually during the high season the stays are only of 7 nights minimum.
Can i get an extra cleaning of my accommodation?
Yes you only have to contact the concierge of reservation office to order. Please be kind to as us in advance to organize.
Are Bed linen and towels included in my booking?
Please check in you voucher if this is included or not. The conditions are not the same in all our accommodations or properties.
Will I get a discount if I book a long time before arrival or in last minut.
Our properties are often booked. Then if you book earlier you have all the chanced to get wht you request and all the dates opened.
